Shipping policy

We aim to ship as quickly as possible at all times.  Most items are sent out next day.  Shipping is free.  UK orders are sent 1st class or 1st class signed and generally arrive within one to two days.

International orders are sent International Standard or International Tracked, depending on the value of the order.  Times for delivery to the US vary between one week and three weeks, taking longer in the run up to Christmas.

From time to time delays occur in the postal system, over which we have no control.
